Asten: Lemmen on highest step winners podium twice

Last week, in the North Brabant village of Asten, a major equestrian event took place. Patrick Lemmen, rider of Carpe Diem Equestrian Team, participated with several horses.

On Friday, Patrick appeared in the arena during the 1.30m two phase with Le Jeune (Loran x Contender). Due to the large number of participants, the class was divided into two groups of 67 combinations. Patrick and Le Jeune finished in first place. Patrick Lemmen: “The course was nicely put together. We bring Le Jeune out on competition for one of our customers. He is a fast horse by nature and this show suited him very well.”

The same day he came into action with Crocodile Dundee (Corland x Goodtimes), also in the 1.30m. The Corland descendant he was also the best and he again walked away with the victory.

The Grand Prix at 1.40m level took place on Sunday. Patrick participated with Donanso (Vingino x Manhattan) and Ideaal (Andiamo x Carinjo HDC). With Donanso he finished in fifth place and with Ideaal he became tenth.
